Traditionally used in Korea, the konjac sponge is derived from Konjac plant root - making this a vegan, sustainable and compostable alternative to plastic or sea sponges. 

Acting as a mild exfoliant, these sponges can be used alone with just water or pair with your favourite body wash for a gentle exfoliation. 

Benefits of using a Konjac Sponge are

- Deeply cleanses skin pores to remove excess oil, blackheads, dead skin cells and dirt, especially good to use on oily or acne prone skin for unclogging pores. 

- Gently and effectively exfoliates skin resulting in a smoother and softer skin texture

- With a high water retention ability, these sponges can be used with or without soap

- Can be used twice a day

- Can be placed into the composter once its at the end of its lifespan

This product will expand once placed in water

Application

When dry the konjac sponge is hard, allow to soften in the water for a minute or two when the sponge will expand - squeeze out any excess water before using. 
Be gentle with the application if you have sensitive skin. 
Make sure you thoroughly dry out the sponge, hang it up after each use to preserve the lifespan of the sponge. Last approx 2 -3 months.
